Recent projects and assignments for Toronto based portrait, wedding and lifestyle Photographer
I am a Toronto based lifestyle photographer who strives to capture images of love, life, beauty, humor, family, friendship, laughter and stories.
There is one constant in my work...people.
My approach to photography is laid back and client focused. When I shoot, I position myself to allow the moments to evolve organically so that I capture the natural feelings at their instance of honesty. A background in traditional film darkroom techniques, 18 years of shooting and 6 years in project management allows me to successfully plan and execute any photo assignment.
The backdrop for my people images includes weddings, engagements, family & relationship portraits, headshots for professionals and actors, musicians, artists and important life events, however big or small, formal or informal.
Publications of my work have appeared in ESPN Magazine, The Sporting News, NOW Magazine, Exclaim!, The Beach Metro, The Ontarion and one of my personal favorites... a folk-rock album cover!
When I'm not shooting or editing, I'm either renovating my 90 year old house one room at a time, or enjoying the daily antics of my son with my loving wife.
